What you will do:

• Manage the full AR cycle — from invoicing to collections — with a focus on farm customer relationships.

• Support the AR team, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-ups.

• Oversee and enforce credit terms, limits, and payment agreements.

• Work closely with sales agronomists and location managers to resolve billing issues.

• Maintain and monitor aging reports, proactively contacting growers with past-due accounts.

• Prepare regular cash flow forecasts and AR reports for leadership.

• Ensure compliance with financial and company policies, especially around seasonal terms

 

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in AR management, preferably in ag retail, coop, or a similar industry.

• Experience managing accounts for farm operations or seasonal customers.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills — especially with producers.

• Proficiency in ag-focused ERP or accounting systems (e.g., Merchant, AgTrax, or similar)

• Ability to work well across departments, especially sales and operations.

• Detail-oriented with a practical mindset and problem-solving ability
