Full Job Description

REDSTAR is now seeking an Accounts Specialist to join our team.  This role will support our customer facing team as well as provide support directly to the management team at Redstar.  

 

The right individual should demonstrate exceptional ability to learn and master our record keeping system, driven by a strong attention to detail and the ability to operate successfully in a fast-paced, team oriented environment.  

What you will do:

  • Provide reports and data requested 

  • Assist Management Team with mining and compiling data from multiple sources to be used for business analysis.

  • Provide expertise regarding the extraction, transformation and loading of data.

  • Provide support to our office, sales, operations and management teams.

  • Support Redstar customers over the phone, email, and in person.

 

What you will bring:

  • Edpt computer skills and proficiency using various software programs 

  • Advanced math skills to keep records and supervise accounts

  • Excellent organization skills for maintaining clear, accurate and meticulous financial records 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact regularly with clients regarding sensitive topics like billing and payments

  • Multitasking in order to successfully handle multiple accounts, invoices, and payments at various stages of execution

  • Excellent efficiency for handling any accounting issues quickly with minimal interference

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree in Business or related field

  • Proven work experience as an Accounts Specialist or 2+ years of experience in a Business Office related role

  • Experience in Ag related record keeping systems
